Coronavirus Updates - Puzzles, Shop, and More!

The Coronavirus restrictions have been in place for a few weeks now. As we all adjust to the changes in our daily routines and get settled, it looks like the best escape room in Arlington won’t be re-opening until at least June unless state policies change. If you’re trying to celebrate a fun birthday or plan your next company outing, we can’t quite accommodate you just yet. However, we’re doing our best to keep things interesting during these trying times. We’ve been working diligently on two main things – our online puzzles and our merchandise store!

Our online puzzles are a great resource for you if you’re looking for things to keep your mind occupied during the quarantine. See for yourself if your wits and your wiles have what it takes to solve escape room style puzzles from the safety of your own home! This escape game follows the trail of one notorious Jed the Gnome as he traverses the world, and you’re trying to keep track of him. You’ll have to use creative thinking to solve many of these, and you’ll need to use more tools than just the screen in front of you; the whole internet is at your disposal. The puzzles are being updated almost daily, and we’re currently in the middle of the third series of puzzles with no intention to stop making more until we can re-open our doors. Secondly, if you’ve ever come through our doors, played one of our escape rooms, and had a great time, please consider checking out our merchandise store to help support us during these times. Buying our merchandise is a great way to support our employees during this time of crisis – for the duration of our closure, the proceeds of our sales will go directly to helping our furloughed employees! And we still plan on keeping the merchandise store open beyond when we re-open, so you’ll be able to support your favorite escape room even after this COVID-19 crisis ends. It’s not going anywhere anytime soon.

Once you’re there, we highly recommend playing with some of the features of the store - with the new merchandise storefront, you can even customize the clothes you buy! You can add text or images to make them uniquely yours. You can add names or slogans for a great birthday party idea, or upload your own images or logos for a fun way to add something unique to a corporate event. We also plan to update the store with new merchandise when we launch new rooms, so it’s worth keeping an eye on it in the future. As one of your favorite small, locally owned businesses, we’re trying to get through this to further our ultimate goal of serving you with the best escape room experience in the area.
